The TWPC-1505-1, 1505-2 and 1505-3 are 5" diameter, 1/4 wavelength, high-Q bandpass cavity filter with superior selectivity. Calibrated adjustable coupling allows inser-
tion loss to be set from 0.5 dB to more than 2 dB, and a positive locking mechanism allows fast field tuning. Excellent frequency stability is ensured by a specially machined
compensator and Invar rod. Cavity top plates are machined from 1/4-inch aluminum, and are heliarc welded to the cavity body. Rigid foam inserts support the tuner assem-
bly for vertical or horizontal mounting. Similar metals and alodined aluminum help prevent galvanic corrosion. Silver plated tuners and beryllium copper finger stock provide
non-corrosive low loss contact, and ensure reliable, long-term performance.
